Welcome to Justice4Mothers.com – a platform dedicated to challenging and transforming the patriarchal biases deeply ingrained in the French justice system, particularly in custody cases involving children. Our mission is grounded in the belief that the current system often fails to uphold the principles of fairness and equality, particularly for mothers.

In France, as in many parts of the world, the scales of justice in custody disputes have long been tilted by societal and institutional biases. We are here to advocate for a justice system that recognises and rectifies these disparities, ensuring that mothers are not unfairly disadvantaged in custody battles.

Our focus also extends to the alarming issue of unlawful detention and removal of children from their parents – a grave violation of human rights. Such practices not only cause undue distress and disruption in the lives of both children and parents but also undermine the very foundation of justice and civil liberty.
